Our Story

The Rooster Snowboarding name itself was developed from the term 'Rooster Tail' - the slash of powder left behind you, as can be seen here and at the top of the home-page with Johnno Verity.

 

In increasingly more ways we feel the Rooster-Tail embodies the buzzing and simple reasons we love to ride and it's been awesome to discover the other boardsports out there using the same term like surfing and wakeboarding.

 

With this vibe we'd like Rooster Snowboarding to embrace all it's board-sporting brothers and sisters and anyone who's out there riding simply to put a smile on their face.

Simply put....Rooster Snowboarding was born out of the simple idea to create a positive, fun and feel-good brand that represents the natural reasons we love to ride.

Inspired by an upbringing spent sliding, rolling and floating sideways and driven by the stoke that can only come from challenging yourself and riding with your friends....Rooster Snowboarding was soon born.
